Joan Apt

Joan Apt is an artist who divides her time between Swarthmore, Pennsylvania and West Tisbury, Massachusetts . Her paintings focus on family and friends, her dog, Didley and the beauty of the Vineyard seascapes and landscapes. She worked for many years as a health care administrator, a career she left five years ago to devote her time to painting. She has studied with Kassem Hamoudi,  Karen Fogerty and Georganna Lensson at the Wayne Art Center in Wayne, Pennsylvania. She has exhibited in juried shows at the Wayne Art Center and with the Delaware Valley Art League and on Martha's Vineyard.
